My Love

Hello!
Sorry for being a bad blogger. :( I'm sharing an old card with you, one I wasn't too happy with, but, wanted to post something on the blog. ;)

Instructions: Trim card base and cut out patterned papers. Adhere patterned papers to base. Cut a slim piece of yellow patterned paper, pleat, and cut ends ribbon-like. Attach this to base, and add sticker on top. Embellish sticker with two half pearls. Tie twine around base, and adhere flower to the center of the bow. Distress edges of card with ink.

Hm....not much else happening card-wise around here, although of course I'm up to my ears in everything else. I apologize for not getting around to all your blogs, but hopefully I'll get some more time this weekend. :)
Thanks SO much for dropping in! :)

PS; What do you do when you've lost your mojo? Look at sketches? Blog hop? I need to know, because I'm surrounded by tons of gorgeous product that are just gathering dust!

  1. Girl if you are not happy with this card I would love to see one where you are, because this is the cutest! I love the polka dot paper and little accent flower. When I loose my mojo I try to blog hop and take a step back. I find it more frustrating when I craft and don't feel it. It seems to take to long! Enjoy a break, kick up your feet with a cup of cocoa and surf some of your favorite blogs. Your mojo will get back to you in no time! :)

  2. I know how you feel about losing your "mojo" sometimes. I get like that too at times, and I get mad that I buy so much stuff and can't find the time to use it all. I usually just browse through other people's blog to see if anything gives me inspiration. And if not, just try stepping away from your crafting all together. Take a break, and soon you'll start to miss it. Your ideas will come eventually! :)
Love your card, by the way. I really love all of the layers and dimension. So pretty!

  4. Lovely card! I like all the color and dimension and yet it has a soft look too. I often have the mojo problem. I used to think looking at blogs helped but now I find that just making some time to create works better. I might start with re-creating something I have already made and go from there. Also choosing just a few products to work with seems to help me.
