Mothers Day

Hiya!

Well, we didn't do so well at the tournament - we were missing various players at various times, plus everyone was out of whack. Only third place, and just barely. :( I will spare you the dramatics/details and move right on to the card I made a couple weeks ago for Practical Scrappers.

I am so blessed to still have both my grandmas, and I thought this vintagy sweet paper was perfect for them. I sewed the yellow paper onto the patterned paper, but forgot to actually adhere it, thus the wrinkled-ish top. The butterflies I stamped onto the back of the paper, cut out and adhered some Kaisercraft pearls. Added the alphas, tied the bow and added the button to finish it off. By the way, we need to talk about this kraft paper - first card using my own kraft paper. Three words.

I. Love. It.

'Nuff said.

Oh, and I know I need to get back to some peoples messages, but right now, I'm concentrating on DT assignments; will get back to you ASAP. :)
