Another dreamy card

Getting in one last post for January - the lack of posting recently hasn't been for lack of attention, but the fact that my next post is gonna be my 500th and I've never celebrated a post milestone yet, I wanted to make it special. ;)
This card is for the Constellations: Trendy Star Power Challenge in the Moxie Fab World - I'm actually not crazy about this card, but one of my artsy friends liked it better than some of my other cards I showed her, so I figured I'd post it.

I do love using my Tattered Angels mist's on cards, but I just couldn't get those dang stars to look perfectly imperfectly scattered - you know the feeling?
Also, I'm looking for one good stamp set that has one or two really large sentiments - any suggestions?

Thanks for stopping in!

Cardstock: Strathamore

Other: gold embossing powder (Hampton Art), wood veneer (Studio Calico)

Tools: heat gun, paintbrush

  1. I was dreaming (Yes, Virginia does dream...) of making a card like this the other day. Sadly, I didn't quite make it...! Thanks to your work, I believe my dream has been achieved (by the talented you)!
