A birthday party

Using a darling image from the Graphics Fairy - love THIS sweet scene. :) Published in the April issue of CARDS (of which my friend Tiffany is the designer of the month for May - woo!)

Using up some OA paper, cutting the die cut at the end using the very helpful technique shown in Ashley's video HERE - thanks Ashley! (I had always wondered how that was done ;))

Sorry for not posting for awhile - I've been having an usually moody (which means I don't feel like blogging) week. I'm not sure if it's due to the stress of preparing for Europe (I'm limited to one carry on and one small suitcase for ten days - and I have to bring camping [i.e. sleeping bag!] supplies!), graduation (officially graduated yesterday), making supper and running my younger brother around this past week (Mom is down in Texas with her first grandson!!!), last volleyball tourney, or possibly just something I needed to get out of my system.

Ack!

All exciting stuff, but happening all at the same time?!
Wow.
I feel out of breath just reading all that. lol.

Anyways, sorry for being so chatty today - I just wanted to share the card with you, and the May issue of the PaperCut - it's SO awesome. I liked the first one, but the second one? LOVE it.

Pics of my nephew coming soon. :)

Oh, and one last thing.

If you haven't gotten (or thought about getting) THIS stamp set, you really should. I've already made five cards with it within the last 36 hours, and me getting one card made in 36 hours is usually an accomplishment. ;)
