Finally, a card to share with you today! :)
This card is for a special friend of mine who has been having some health problems...made it to cheer her (and me!) up! Used the CardPatterns sketch (and actually followed it!) for my inspiration. ;)
Ruffle ribbon and sew top. Cut patterned paper out and sew. Wind twine around patterned paper, then add button, and letters on foam squares. Adhere ruffled ribbon to card base, and then embellished paper slightly overlapping, set on foam squares.
I actually sanded the edges, but my camera can't capture that - all you might be able to see is a little fuzz.
Anyways, just a quick post today as I still have a lot of catching up to do. :) Thanks for stopping in and for the sweet comments!

Tools: trimmer, adhesive, sewing machine, foam squares, scissors
