Thanks to a friend

Hi there!

Got a bright (and I mean bright!) card to share with you...this is for a Hero Arts friend who did something wonderful for me lately. If you need anther hint, here it is: she loves butterflies. ;)

You know, now that I think of it, I haven't done a REALLY bright card in awhile, which is probably why this photo looks so terrible.

Anyways, pretty simple card. Cut the Sassafras paper with my Nesties, as well as the white cardstock. Took the small piece of white cardstock, and using the Nestie as a stencil, I lightly inked it with my Martha Stewart ink pad...which explains why it's slightly dotty. It may not look like a wise move from the photo, but the white just looked to0 bare without it. Anyways, stamped the HA sentiment, adhered the butterflies, and finished everything off with a nice bow....oh drat. I just noticed I need to add pearls to the center of the butterflies. Oh well, I'll do it later. ;)

One last thing; I made this card inspired by {hint hint}; Incy Winy Design, Kaboodle (the spots are in one of the stripes), Lexi's Creations, Pollycraft, and Crafty Creations.
